In the Old Testament, Jehoshaphat send the choir IN FRONT of the army to worship the Lord. As they sang, the Lord secured their victory. In the New Testament, we see the early believers gathering to pray when the Spirit of the Lord fell upon them in mighty ways. As we embark upon a new season at CrossPoint, we too lead out with Worship and Prayer. That is why we are bringing together the whole CrossPoint family in ONE SERVICE on Sept 1 at 10:30AM. As we worship and pray, we are confident that the Lord will continue to secure victories for us. Put it in your calendar and remind your friends: ONLY ONE SERVICE ON SEPT. 1 at 10:30AM. See you there!
We are excited for a new season with our CP Students! High School Parents and Students, please join us for an in-house meet up where you will get information about the year ahead and a chance to meet your mentors! Please send a message for the address of the home we will meet in!
No human relationship can work without some kind of commitment. When people don’t commit, things fall apart. So, why are we often scared of commitment? What if the church was known as the type of people you could depend on? Even if it’s hard? Even if people “don’t deserve it”? What if you were part of that? Join us on Wednesdays August 21&28 from 6:30PM-8:30PM as we explore what this could look like. By the end of it, you will have an opportunity to become an official member of CrossPoint!
God created us for community, and sometimes that just looks like hanging out, eating lunch and playing games together - so let's do that! Come hang out right after church on Sunday July 7th for Cornhole and Corndogs. Meet some people from the CrossPoint family or catch up with old friends, let the kids play, and let's have fun together!
Slow down a bit…take a few moments that will make a powerful difference in the lives of others…give blood!
This small bit of time will allow you to step out of the busy-ness to rest, relax, take some time in prayer, or Scripture reading all while you give the gift of life to those in dire need.
Every Sunday is someones first Sunday at CrossPoint. Be a part of the team that creates an environment where guests are moved to become a part of the CrossPoint family. Help us fill our Sunday mornings with smiles, welcomes, and plenty of coffee! Dinner and childcare provided.
The R&R Retreat is an annual women's retreat with the purpose of promoting physical and spiritual rest and relaxation. This year, the theme is Crazy Busy, where we will take some time looking closer at God’s perfect and beautiful design to set us free from these seasons of to-do lists that are often over-whelming and never-ending. Breakout sessions are centered around down-time and fellowship, allowing opportunities for connecting, reflecting, and just some wonderful fun! It will be a blast! Worship will be led by Angie Goeke and breakout sessions will be led by this year's speaker, Allison Burger.
4th and 5th graders are invited to join us on Wednesday nights for fun, games, and time to connect with friends and Jesus. This time is designed to build friendships and four essential faith skills: hearing from God, praying to God, talking about God, and living for God. Each month we will focus on a life app - a practical application of God's truth. Meet us in the youth commons from 6:30 - 8 PM. RSVP to receive email reminders and updates in the event of date or time changes.
